Matthew Chapman

Matthew studied Biochemistry at The University of Liverpool graduating in 2003 before undertaking his veterinary medicine degree at The University of Glasgow. He graduated in 2008 and moved to Kirriemuir to join the practice in the summer of that year. He is involved in all areas of veterinary work with his main interests in small animal medicine and surgery.

In his spare time he is involved in helping with several youth groups through the local church and his faith plays a central role in his life. He plays the piano and saxophone and has two cats, Gus and MaCavity at home. As with many of the vets here he enjoys his running though nothing further than half marathons and he has taken up curling this year, with several injuries from falls on the ice to prove it!
